A few weeks ago we let you know how Best Western Rewards had expanded their Pay with Points redemption option to most hotels in North America and now they looking to get it more exposure with a new promotion. You can earn 2,000 Bonus Rewards Points when you make a Pay With Points booking and complete your stay at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean. There is a minimum of 5,000 Points is required for a Pay with Points reservation and if you choose to only redeem that amount you'll still get those 2,000 points so it would be like you only redeemed 3,000 points to get a $25 credit towards your hotel bill! Top Credit Card Sign Up offers for February - These cards provide the most value out of their welcome bonuses

 

Here are the Rewards Canada Top Travel Credit Card Sign Up offers for the month of February 2022! This is not a 'best' credit card list like our Top Travel Rewards Credit Card rankings but instead a look at cards that have very good acquisition (welcome/sign up) offers. As always when choosing a card you should always take other factors into account other than the just sign up bonus, but when some of these cards are first year free, they can and do pay off even when you grab them strictly for the sign up rewards. Earn 3,000 bonus points on all Best Western stays booked online by Feb 4 (Targeted offer)

Today we see the return of Best Rewards’ 3,000 bonus points on all stays booked online bonus. This is a targeted offer (you should get the email the sent to you on the 31st) but if not you can always try to register for it via our link below. These offers although targeted seem to work for almost anyone so it doesn't hurt to try to register for it. The bonus is 3,000 points per stay booked between January 31st and February 4 for stays completed by May 9, 2022.

Earn up to 7x points with select retailers via the Aeroplan eStore during their Valentine's Day event

 
Air Canada Aeroplan is running a Valentine's Day event where you can earn up to 7x points for shopping online at select retailers via Aeroplan's eStore. This offer runs until February 14 with retailers like The Body Shop at 6x points, Little Burgundy at 4x points and Sephora offering 7x points.

TD further increases the welcome bonus on the TD Cash Back Visa Infinite* Card, now earn up to $290 cash back

Back in December TD came out with new and extended welcome offers on their credit cards including one of the best ever for their TD Cash Back Visa Infinite* Card. That offer when launched offered up to $210 in cash back for any one who applied for the card by May 29, 2022. And even though that bonus offer was better than most in the market by $10 the prevalence of those competitors offering a published 10% on $2,000 has overshadowed this bonus. When you have 10% on $2,000 (or $2,500 on one card) versus 6% on $2,000 plus 6% on the next $1,500 some consumers don't see that second part so they are only comparing 10% and 6% on $2,000 spend and thus those 10% offers are winning out. So what does TD do? Well as of today they are now also offering 10% back on the first $2,000 of spending BUT they are also keeping the 6% on the next $1,500 in select categories. If you can max that out in the first three months as required then you will earn $290 in cash back. That's $40 to $90 more than most of the competition.
