Here is your monthly update of all the global hotel bonus points promotions that are available. One of the easiest ways to rack up lots of hotel points is to take advantage of these systemwide bonuses that come from many of the big chain programs and also from the lesser known programs. In fact, right now it should be rare for you NOT to earn a bonus. Unless you are staying at a boutique hotel or perhaps an independent hotel most other hotels out there have a bonus. The third and final increased welcome bonuses we see from Scotia today comes on their lower end cash back Scotia Momentum Visa cards. The Scotia Momentum® Visa* card sees a new welcome offer of 7.5% cash back on the first $2,000 of spending and the Scotia Momentum® No-Fee Visa* card which sees 5% cash back on the first $2,000 in spending. Both cards also retain their introductory balance transfer interest rates of 2.99% and 7.99% respectively. Those are some pretty solid bonuses for lower end and entry level cards. The welcome bonus for the Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite Card sees a 10,000 point boost to 30,000 points

Next up in Scotia's updates for today is a new increased welcome bonus offer for the Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite Card. This new offer sees the welcome bonus boosted by 10,000 points. You will now earn 30,000 bonus Scotia Rewards points when you spend $1,000 on the card in the first three months of having the card. They do advertise the offer as up to 40,000 points as that includes the annual bonus of 10,000 points if you spend $40,000 on the card annually.
