Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders have had new benefits added for Winerys in British Columbia and Ontario.Those benefits include complimentary tastings, tours and discounts on wine purchases. The benefit varies by winery. Click here to learn more

Great news for Canadians travelling to the U.S.! As of midnight Sunday June 12 they will be dropping the requirement to have a negative Covid-19 test prior to arriving via air. CNN is reporting that this will be officially announced by the Biden administration sometime today. (Source CNN)

TD Advisory Panel updated to show rewards points earned and 15,000 bonus Be Well Points

A few months ago we let you know about the TD Advisory Panel - an online community for TD customers where you can be rewarded for completing surveys and providing feedback to TD. They have now updated the portal to show the rewards you have earned to date and once you reach the 500 point mark you can redeem for a $5 gift card. All members will still be entered to win one of three $150 gift cards each month for participating. Update: They are no longer accepting new applications for the panel

January 11 Update: No Foreign Transaction Fee Credit Cards for Canadians, new Small Business Credit Card page & earn 10,000 bonus Be Well points at Rexall

Another very popular feature on the Rewards Canada website has been updated for 2022. That feature is the No Foreign Transaction Fee Credit Cards for Canadians and sees the addition of three cards to the list and an update for one:

January 3 Update: Earn 2x points on all Coast Hotels stays, Hilton's 2,500 bonus points per stay offer is live & a Be Well redemption bonus

Coast Hotels is offering double Coast Rewards points on all stays at their hotels in Canada and the U.S. Simply book by February 28 for stays until May 15. Click here to learn more.

December 23 Update: Earn up to 5x points with Aeroplan eStore's Boxing Week event, Rexall offering 15,000 bonus Be Well Points & earn up to 100 AIR MILES with Shell EasyPay

Aeroplan eStore's Boxing Week event sees the online shopping portal offering up to 5x points at select retailers. The offers are in place until January 2 although I do have a feeling we may see something bigger on Boxing Day itself (just a guess though). Check out the offers here.

December 13 Update: 25% bonus when you convert Shangri-La Hotels points to Aeroplan & other airlines; earn 25,000 bonus Be Well points at Rexall tomorrow

Shangri-La Hotels Golden Circle is offering a conversion bonus to several of their airlines. From now until December 31 you'll receive a 25% bonus when converting GC Award points to Air Canada Aeroplan, Air France KLM Flying Blue and several other airlines. Points convert to miles 1:1 so you would receive 1.25 miles for every GC Award point and they have lowered the minimum conversion requirement of 2,500 points to 1,000 points for this promotion. While GC Award points are hard to come by if you don't have a lot of them ie. enough for a free night stay, this option could make sense for you to use up some points that you may never end up using. November 10 Update: Save up to 15% on Hyatt stays, 30,000 bonus PC Optimum points at Shoppers Drug Mart & 12,500 bonus Be Well points at Rexall

Hyatt Hotels launched a big sale this week that provides up to 15% savings for reservations booked by December 21, 2021, for stays through April 30, 2022. World of Hyatt members can enjoy this added savings on top of already reduced member rates. Click here to learn more and/or to book this offer.

October 27 Update: Radisson Rewards extending elite status to 2023 and your weekly PC Optimum & Be Well shopping bonuses!

Radisson Rewards is the latest hotel program to provide a further extension on Elite benefits. They announced that all Radisson Rewards Americas Silver, Gold and Platinum members whose status is set to expire in February 2022 will have it extended to February 2023. They will also rollover all 2021 elite nights that you have earned to 2022 thereby making it easier to achieve status for 2023. They have not however extended the expiration on points - those are still set to start expiring on December 31, 2021. I actually just received an email from them about a week ago telling me my points will expire at that time. I'm going to have to look at either buying a small amount of points current or convert a small amount to one of my airline programs to keep them going. Learn more here
