We said the market would heat up in Canada when the new Air Canada Aeroplan program launches and for the most part that has now been the case for a few months. We've already seen the amazing offer for the HSBC World Elite Mastercard that came out in September, the statement credit boost on the MBNA Alaska Airlines Mastercard and of course now we've seen all the welcome bonuses on the new Aeroplan cards. So it's no wonder that we're seeing more boosted offers come out and the latest to be revealed today is this one for the WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard.
Hyatt launched a new sale that provides a nice discount offer their standard rates while providing peace of mind to those who book the special offer rate. The Dream Away and Get Away offer provides a 20% discount for non-members and a 22% discount for World of Hyatt members who book by December 6 for stays until April 4, 2021. This offer also provides further flexibility as you can cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. Additionally, Hyatt’s continued top priority for welcoming guests and colleagues back to its properties is doing so with safety and wellbeing top of mind through Hyatt’s multi-layered Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, further enhancing its operational guidance and resources around colleague and guest safety.
There is less than one week left to grab the CIBC Dividend Visa Infinite or the CIBC Dividend Platinum Visa Cards with their 10% cash back welcome bonus. To get in on the offer you'll need to apply by November 16. Check out our CIBC page for details on these cards.
We continue with our coverage of the new Air Canada Aeroplan program today with a look at the new redemption process. This post is an overview of that process and will not be a deep dive into comparing the redemption rates. Rather we'll follow up with another post delving deeper into various bookings and comparing them - for example a basic member without an Aeroplan credit card versus an Elite member with an Aeroplan card and so on.
THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED - THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ENTERED!
