Earn 2,000 bonus points with each Marriott stay this fall + an additional bonus for Marriott credit card holders

Marriott’s Fall systemwide promotion offers 2,000 bonus points per stay starting with your second stay. This offer can be earned at all participating Marriott hotels worldwide. You can register for the offer as of today and book for stays between September 21 and December 15, 2022. Registration for the offer closes on December 1. There is an additional bonus of 2,000 points for Marriott credit card holders for when they complete stays at different Marriott brands starting with the second brand they stay at.

Redeem Best Western Rewards Points for a free night stay and receive a 5,000 point bonus

Best Western launched a new bonus today that rewards 5,000 points when you redeem 12,000 or more points for a reward night stay. The offer is valid for reward stays in Canada, the U.S. and Caribbean that are completed between September 12 and November 21, 2022. Registration is required for this offer.  Many hotels in Canada can be booked in the 12,000 to 24,000 point range so depending on which hotel you redeem for this can represent a pretty big discount.

TD Aeroplan Credit Card fall offers - earn up to 105,000 bonus Aeroplan Points

TD has released their fall offers for their Aeroplan co-brand cards. For the most part these are the same offers we have seen in place for the majority of 2022. The only change is an increase in the spend and time requirement on the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Visa card. The other two cards, the Visa Infinite and Visa Platinum cards continue on with their exact same offers.

Hilton Honors’ Fall promotion is now live and it offers double points all stays Worldwide. On top of the double points, if you check out on a weekday (Mon-Fri) you’ll earn an additional 2,000 bonus points. With no limit to the number of bonus points you can earn this is a perfect hotel hopping promotion to move around hotels during the middle of week! If you have a three day business trip from Monday to Wednesday and your time allows you to alternate Hilton Hotels for each night you could earn the double points plus 6,000 points for those three nights.

Receive a 50% bonus when you buy or gift British Airways Executive Club Avios

 

British Airways is once again offering a bonus for buying Avios. This time it is a flat 50% bonus when you buy 2,000 or more Avios at once. The 50% bonus tends to be the highest public offer from the program although some people have been targeted for a 75% bonus in the past. You can buy up to 200,000 Avios in one transaction and there is a 200,000 Avios annual limit to which the bonus does not count towards. This offer is only available until September 14, 2022.

Air France KLM Seat Sale: Fly from Canada to Europe and beyond from $749 in economy or $3,046 in business class

Air France and KLM have launched a three week long sale for their flights out of Canada that sees some pretty decent fares in economy, premium economy and business class. The offers must be booked by September 20 for travel between September 18, 2022 and June 17, 2023. The sale is something to look into if you don't have enough Flying Blue Miles / American Express Membership Rewards points to take advantage of the economy class reward flight deal the airlines have right now. The latest set of Miles & More Mileage Bargains (Meilenschnaeppchen) discounted mileage awards are here for this month. This month we only have one Canadian city included and that is Montreal with flights on Austrian Airlines

30% bonus when you convert hotel points to United MileagePlus Miles

United has brought back their bonus for converting hotel points to MileagePlus miles. The bonus for this iteration of the promotion is 30% and you are allowed to earn a maximum of 25,000 bonus miles across all your transfers. Really the only transfer that can make sense is converting Marriott Bonvoy points since they transfer at a a 3 to 1.1 ratio. You’ll also want to do it in 60,000 point batches to ensure you get the extra miles from Marriott. All other hotel programs have pretty terrible conversion ratios however if you have orphaned points in those programs that you know you’ll never use, then by all means convert them over so you can get something of value from them.
