Earn up to 3,500 bonus points per night for stays at any of four Toronto Airport Marriott Hotels
Back in July we had a couple of posts detailing a summer offer for stays at three Toronto Marriott hotels. Those offers have returned for the fall and this time include a fourth hotel! There are two separate offers - one that awards 2,500 bonus points per night for base and Silver Marriott Bonvoy members and one that awards 3,500 bonus points per night for Gold and higher elite members. The bonus points can be earned for up to two nights.
Amex Offers: Spend $1,000 with Air France or KLM and receive a $100 statement credit
Two new Amex Offers came out today for purchasing tickets with Air France and KLM. In the Rewards Canada household we received these offers on The Platinum Card. If you happen to have a U.S. based American Express card check your offers there as well as it appear they also have offers for AF KLM however they have both bonus points offers and statement credits depending on the card you have.

Air Canada is now offering walk up paid access to two of their Maple Leaf lounges. If you traveling via Calgary or Toronto you can now pay $55 to access so long as you travelling on a same day ticket with any airline. We would assume this is temporary since travel has still not returned to pre-pandemic levels and there is room in the lounges to have paying guests visit. Learn more here.

The latest AIR MILES Bonus Boom event kicked off today with your usual bunch of bonus miles offers for shopping or completing actions with various AIR MILES partners. Most of the bonuses are available between today and October 13 and once again if you use three different Bonus Boom offers you'll get 95 bonus AIR MILES. Just like the past few Bonus Boom events you have the ability to get the 95 bonus miles all from one retailer so long as they have multiple offers. For example Sobeys has three different offers available so if you meet the criteria for those three offers you'll get the 95 bonus miles.

Business Class lounges in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec have had to update their access policies over the past few weeks to reflect those provinces proof of vaccination requirements. The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge and WestJet Elevation lounge in Calgary now require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test from those wishing to enter the lounges while Maple Leaf, Priority Pass and other lounges in Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec require proof of vaccination.
Aeroplan Availability Alert: Business Class on Turkish Airlines out of Canada for up to 4 people in March 2022
Here's our next Aeroplan availability alert! There is a bunch of business class availability showing in March 2022 for flights to Istanbul. It appears most of TK's flights on Sunday, Wednesday, and Fridays out of Montreal have up to four business class seats open. Toronto is showing most days with four seats while Vancouver is hit and miss with only a few days showing up to four seats. Aeroplan charges 70,000 points each way for these partner award flights in business class plus the $39 partner award booking fee.

Avianca LifeMiles award flight sale: Save up to 30% on select Star Alliance routes
Avianca LifeMiles is once again offering discounted award flights on select Star Alliance routes. These offers are available for booking until October 11, 2021. Remember that right now you can buy LifeMiles with a 150% bonus via the OMAAT offer which you can combine with this award sale as that sale runs until October 15. The best options are the business class flights between North America and Asia that are now available for 60,000 to 64,000 LifeMiles one way. This includes Vancouver to Taipei at the 64,000 mile level. There is one other Canadian option and that is Toronto-San Francisco in Business Class for 20,000 miles each way. You can buy 128,000 miles (52,000 + 150% bonus) for US$1716 which would get you round trip flights between Vancouver and Taipei in business class. That’s a really good price to pay for those flights! The only question is.... can you find availability?
