March 22 Update: More confirmed Cobalt Card multipliers, Lynx Air expands in the Toronto area and Home & Villas by Marriott lowers stay requirement

A pretty big update up to our American Express Cobalt™ Card Confirmed Multiplier Locations feature. The following were added to the section on Canadian merchants: 

  • Chatime: 5x points on app reloads only. (Thanks to James)
  • Uber Rides: 2x points (No longer earns 5x points - Thanks to Ben for letting us know)
  • Wadena Co-Op: 5x points
  • Moose Jaw Co-Op: 5x points
  • Scoops Dairy Bar Wadena: This one posted as 1x points so I will be calling Amex to see if they need to adjust it as it should be eats and drinks

Last week Lynx Air announced a big expansion out of Toronto and Hamilton with flights to four new cities and five new routes. The ultra low cost carrier will add Toronto to Edmonton, Halifax and St. John's flights as well as Hamilton to Calgary and Halifax flights. These flights will begin in late June. (Source Lynx Air)
