Amex Offers: $100 statement credit for stays at Shangri-La Hotels in Canada

 
A bunch of new Amex Offers were released this week that we'll cover in a couple of posts here on RC but as usual the travel offers get their own billing! This one that came out yesterday provides a $100 statement credit if you spend $500 at Shangri-La Hotels in Canada.  I actually received this offer for my American Express Cobalt Card which I was a little surprised by as the majority of offers have been coming to my Platinum Card and let's be honest Shangri-La are considered luxury hotels and the Platinum Card is considered a luxury card so you would think the offer would be on that card but I digress. Let us know if you have the Platinum Card and did receive this offer for it.

Here is the offer:

Spend at least $500 in qualifying purchases using your registered Card at participating Shangri-La Hotels of Canada location(s) or at www.Shangri-la.com/AMEXCanada by 17/01/2022 and earn a one-time $100 statement credit. Registration cap applies. Terms apply.

While this offer goes until January 17 if you can complete a stay at the Shangri-La Toronto or Shangri-La Vancouver before October 31 you can combine this with Discover BC or Ontario offers  of a $50 statement credit when spending $250 on hotel stays in B.C. or Ontario so long as that offer is on the same card. If you are a Platinum cardholder hopefully you took advantage of the Shangri-La Jade elite status that used to come with the card as that will make your stay even better with complimentary breakfast, early check in late check out and even possibly a room upgrade.

You'll want to register your card as soon as possible as this offer has a lower registration cap of the first 20,000 cardmembers.
