If you are planning of flying American Airlines, even if it may once and never again make sure you join their AAdvantage program for that flight. The reason why is the airline now provides American AAdvantage members slightly better preferred boarding. Non-elite members will all receive Group 6 boarding now which places these people ahead of Groups 7 to 9. (Source One Mile at a Time)

A couple of days ago I let you know that The Black Sheep Fine Foods and Patisserie in Calgary counted as 5x multiplier for the American Express Cobalt Card. I tried an online order with them (as you can tell they are our favourite bakery in YYC) and used my Platinum Card this time as I wanted to see if it would code as 3x points for dining. That transaction has posted and I can confirm the purchase did earn 3x points so this bakery counts even as dining for the Platinum Card! So I can confirm both in store and online purchases with them will earn the multipliers off the cards!
