Much like last week's news from EVA Air about their new miles and cash option for buying tickets, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) has announced the option for their EuroBonus members. The EuroBonus Points & Cash option has the same slider feature as EVA Air allowing the member to choose exactly how many points and how much cash he or she wants to use to book the ticket. The ticket is considered a regular fare and not a EuroBonus ticket so it is eligible for upgrades using points and is not limited to only EuroBonus ticket availability but rather any available seat.
