Aeroplan is offering up to a 8,500 mile discount on Air Canada Gift Cards. Even with the discount the redemption isn't that great of value (ie you're getting less than 1 cent per mile) but could be an OK option for those who have more miles than they know what to with them. Looks like WestJet will be cancelling their Encore route between Vancouver and Kamloops as of March 1st. (Source Airlineroute.net)
