American Airlines is testing out a new paid upgrade offer whereby passengers can bid for upgrading their seat to Business Class. Essentially if you have an American Airlines booking you can make an offer to upgrade your seat starting 6 days prior to departure. Since this is a test it is only available on select routes and the system will tell you if your flight is eligible. Find all the details here.
