According to this post on FlyerTalk, WestJet spokesman Robert Palmer confirmed the direct flights between Manitoba and Saskatchewan's 2 big cities are being cut. Passengers must now fly via Calgary to connect between the three cities.
One person noted however that the flights seem to resume for the winter schedule but that can always change.
It does look these routes are cut completely and will not return for the winter.
ReplyDeleteWestjet has just lost alot of business travellers by not offering direct flights from Saskatoon and Regina to Winnipeg. How ridculous air travel is becoming within our own country.
