Earlier this morning we posted about the Aeroplan Blue Skies Contest and within the actions to earn entries for the contest is a bonus offer! That bonus offer is the return of earning extra Aeroplan points when you buy and gift points. Right now through to June 1st you can earn a 60% bonus when you buy or gift Aeroplan points.
The bonus is awarded on any amount of points you buy, right from the minimum 2,000 points up to the maximum 350,000 points. The price per point with the 60% bonus is 1.875 cents (C$). That's a pretty decent price to buy Aeroplan points – although we have seen better when they ran a 100% bonus earlier this year! Ideally sine the 60% is offered on any purchase level this bonus would best be utilized to top off your account for an award flight.
