About a month ago we brought you details of WestJet's first Boeing 737 MAX 8 flight but they aren't the only airline in Canada to order the plane. Air Canada is also bringing them in and their first revenue flight with their new 737 MAX 8 will be from Montreal to Calgary on December 11. It is kind of interesting that Air Canada is putting the plane onto the Calgary route first - almost seems like a jab at WestJet and saying "Hey we've got the plane too and we're going to fly it into your territory" The planes will also fly between Montreal and Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto as well as Toronto to Ottawa.
