As mentioned yesterday MBNA officially launched another limited time increased
sign up bonus, this time it is for the MBNA Choice Privileges MasterCard . The
sign up bonus is normally 8,000 points (good for one free night at select locations)
but that bonus has now been increased to 24,000 points. See my post from earlier

InterContinental Hotels Group Priority Club has advised me that they will
NOT be running a fourth quarter systemwide promotion. This is quite a change
for them as they have been consistent at running quartely type bonuses for many
years. On top of that a lot of their competitors have already announced their
fall or fourth quarter promos so this came as a bit of a surprise. Hopefully
they will continue with their loosely targetted Stay X Get Y bonus offers in
the fall when the current batch expire at the end of September.
